I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Royal Auto for my son. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and it drove exceptionally well.Shortly after we picked it up, my son drove just a few miles to get new tires and have the vehicle detailed. On the way, the check engine light came on. We scanned the code and saw it was related to the oil pressure sensor.We contacted Royal Auto, and they immediately got in touch with Central Auto, instructing us to head straight there. What really impressed me was the way they handled the situation—no excuses, no runaround, just immediate action to make it right.Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. Things can go wrong with any used vehicle, but how a dealership responds says everything. Royal Auto earned our trust and appreciation.Highly recommend!

They showed me all the way around, all the features, showed me the car fax, took the test drive, came back and did the paperwork and was out of there. Mo and Fadi with Royal Auto were great to work with. Driving 400 miles from North Dakota to purchase a vehicle I was very concerned with what we would find when we got there. But when we got there and met the guys everything went like clock work . Vehicle was as described. We wanted a owners manual for the vehicle we purchased and it didn't have one so they ordered one for us. Very professional guys to deal with. Would highly recommend if you can't find the vehicle you want at home and they have it make the drive you won't be disappointed.
