I had an amazing experience with this dealership! Everyone was incredibly helpful and patient, especially with all the concerns I had before buying my Subaru Outback. Moe was great, he was nice and very helpful through the buying process. I enjoyed my time there, the cars they had were all very clean and to boot they were well maintained as well. Great small town dealership. Customer service was outstanding no pressure straight to the point told me everything I needed to know.Requested for the car fax, it was shown to me indicating the history and previous owner. Mo and Fadi with Royal Auto were great to work with. Driving 400 miles from North Dakota to purchase a vehicle I was very concerned with what we would find when we got there. But when we got there and met the guys everything went like clock work . Vehicle was as described. We wanted a owners manual for the vehicle we purchased and it didn't have one so they ordered one for us. Very professional guys to deal with. Would highly recommend if you can't find the vehicle you want at home and they have it make the drive you won't be disappointed.
